Production

Reno, NV

Base Pay: 23.70 per HOUR

ProLogistix is currently seeking Production Operators to join the Reno, Nevada manufacturing location. This role is safety sensitive and works a rotating 12-hour shift (including weekends and holidays). Starting rate is $23.70. Night Shift Differential is $2.50/hour.

Responsibilities Participates in daily safety routines (both as an individual and team member). • Performs calibration functions on processing equipment. • Uses basic hand and power tools. • Measures pipe and verifies that dimensional tolerances are within acceptable criteria. • Prepares product for shipping per various packaging requirements. • Assists teammates as required. • Capable of standing for long periods of time on concrete flooring, bending, stooping and other physical tasks. • Available to work rotating 12-hour shifts (including weekends and holidays). • Ability to work safely in a team-oriented environment. Required Qualifications • A minimum education of High School education or GED is required • At least 18 years of age. • Valid driver's license. • Detail-oriented candidates who have a demonstrated work history of shift work, in addition to working injury free and following workplace/plant safety practices and procedures. • General knowledge and experience using various types of hand tools. • Basic computer and math skills. • Proficient in communicating in English language (both verbal and written). • Capable of lifting approximately 50 lbs. without an assist.

ProLogistix is seeking Production Associates for our client located in Minden, NV.

Shift:

• 3rd shift Monday through Friday, 10pm to 6:30am (must be flexible to train on day shift)

• 3rd shift - $19.50 an hour

Primary Purpose: The Production Apprentice efficiently performs repetitive manufacturing duties associated with the fabrication of sails in Gantry, Films, 3DI or other Production Departments. Under the general supervision of the shift Foreman or the Department Supervisor, this position will help the production team be more efficient during the manufacturing processes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Accurately perform basic assembly and subassembly tasks to produce materials required to successfully manufacture a final product. • Reliably and safely perform basic machinery / equipment operations used during the sail building process. • Adhere to all operating procedures, quality standards and company polices. • Perform basic production task, needed to help maximize production efficiency. • Stock supply shelves and retrieve supplies as needed. • Conduct basic computer functions. • Collect /empty trash and carry out various other housekeeping duties. • Load/Unload production trucks. • Perform related duties or responsibilities, as assigned.

Base Pay: 29.75 per HOUR

ProLogistix is seeking an experienced Maintenance Tech Operator, with specific experiencewith spray and vacuum pumps, motors, extruders, pullers, hydraulic power units, and gearboxes. This is a contract to hire opportunity in the Stead area.

Shift:

• 1st shift Monday through Friday, 7am to 3:30pm (some weekends and holidays including)

• 1st shift - $29.75 an hour

Responsibilities • Must maintain safety as a core value and general understanding of OSHA safety regulations. • Must possess basic analytical skills. • Must be a good communicator with strong interpersonal skills. • Ability to work well with diverse teams of individuals. • Ability to climb a ladder and work at elevated heights. • Must be well organized in handling a variety of tasks. • Must have the ability to stand/walk throughout the day and lift up to 50 pounds. • Basic computer skills (specifically in Microsoft Office) and possess a good understanding in math. • Ability to read and understand drawings, print, and schematics. • Ability to use measuring equipment and gauges typically required by a Maintenance Technician. o Some examples include tape measures, calipers, and laser measuring devices • Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment. o Some examples include pumps, motors, extruders, pullers, hydraulic power units, and gearboxes. • Understand and ability to work safely with single phase and 3-phase electrical systems up to 480V. • Must pass all MOBI requirements for forklifts and cranes and possess the ability to operate this equipment. • Proficient in communicating in English language, both verbal and written. Responsibilities This position requires physical handling, inspection, measurement and testing of plastic pipe using a variety of mechanical test equipment. Use of micrometer, pi tape and other hand tools is required. Candidate must have basic computer and math skills, the ability to produce accurate documentation of test records and be proficient in English. Learning and applying the applicable ASTM and other quality standards is required.
